Freedom Solutions, a leading disability organisation announces a significant leadership transition as Andrew Every, the current Chairman of the Board, steps down from his role to focus on his family and career. Matthew Kayrooz, a seasoned leader with a history of dedication to the organisation, will be stepping up once again.
Andrew, a 3rd generation volunteer who has served as Chairman and Deputy Chair of both TAD and Freedom Solutions Australia for over 5 years, played a pivotal role in steering Freedom Solutions through a period of strategic development and adaptation to the NDIS. During this time, the organisation completed the merger of two proud state entities governance and operations, a full strategic refresh and rebrand. “Andrew’s commitment, vision, and guidance have been instrumental in shaping the success and impact of Freedom Solutions” says CEO, Scott Miller.
Kayrooz(photo), who previously served as Chairman, brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of Freedom Solution’s mission and values. His proven leadership and strategic acumen position him well to continue the momentum generated during his previous tenure.
In expressing his gratitude, Andrew stated, “It has been an honour to serve as Chairman of Freedom Solutions. I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished together, and I have full confidence in Matthew and Scott‘s ability to lead the organisation forward.”
Laura Mazin also announced she will be stepping back from Deputy Chair to Director. Miller expressed much gratitude for her impactful tenure, recognising her ability to provide much precision to the business. Mary Manescu, brings a wealth of CEO and professional health experience.
Simultaneously, Freedom Solutions bids farewell to two esteemed directors, Sarah Hilt and Stanley Proctor, who are stepping down from the Board. Both Sarah and Stan have been integral contributors to Freedom Solution’s success, offering invaluable insights and dedication to the organisation’s governance.
