Gill is an experienced business executive, NFP CEO, board director and chair having held numerous senior roles across ASX Top 50, NFPs and SME organisations. 
As well as being aligned with FSA’s mission of assisting people living with disability through technology, Gill brings a strong focus on governance, risk, strategy, and finance.

She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia.

She is the Founder and CEO of Boardium, an independent governance consulting firm.

Professor Rachael McDonald

Professor Rachael McDonald is a highly regarded expert in assistive technology and disability inclusion, bringing over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and education to Freedom Solutions Australia’s Board. As Director of the MedTechVic Hub, she leads the creation of innovative technologies that enhance the lives of people with disabilities and their families. With qualifications in occupational therapy, biomechanics, higher education, and a Doctorate, she has published over 150 works, supervised more than 30 research students, and secured over $11 million in competitive grant funding. Her expertise in co-design and inclusive practices aligns with Freedom Solutions Australia’s mission to deliver life-changing solutions.

Tim Kuypers

Tim Kuypers has over thirty years’ experience as a regulatory and safety professional in UK, Europe and Australia. Tim is currently a Special Advisor at HoustonKemp Economists and Principal of Walbrook Partners, a rail safety consulting firm. He is an independent member on Metro Trains Melbourne’s Board Safety Committee and a Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Rail Industry Safey and Standards Board. Tim’s previous executive roles have included senior positions at Asciano, (former owner of Pacific National and Patrick Stevedores) Telstra, Cable & Wireless and Oftel. For over a decade Tim was Director and chair or the audit and risk committee for TROG, a cancer research not for profit. Tim has a PhD in Economics from University College London, an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Finance and is a GAICD.

Brad Jordon

Brad brings over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector, including senior leadership roles at ANZ Banking Group and Bank Australia. During his tenure, he oversaw operational and technology risk, cyber security, and procurement, and chaired the Bank Australia Crisis Committee during COVID-19, leading the organisation’s pandemic response.

In addition to his banking career, Brad has held key roles with Computershare, a global share registry business, and VincentCare, a community organisation supporting disadvantaged individuals. He also serves as Deputy Chair of the Board for CSV Ltd. Brad brings extensive expertise in governance, operational leadership, and community engagement to Freedom Solutions Australia.

Marianne Hammerton

Angela Obree

Angela is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Committee Chair and Board Advisor with over 25 years in management consulting in the UK, South Africa, Ireland, Germany and Australia.

She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and brings solid experience in finance, risk, and strategy.

Angela is also a Semester Teaching Fellow on the MBA programme at Bond University.

Anthony Scott

Andrew’s Freedom Solutions career began when he was five years old, helping his grandfather with volunteer projects. Andrew’s background includes 10 years of audit, mergers and strategy before moving into media and technology roles. Andrew now works as head of Strategy, Participation, Community and Technology with the National Rugby League.

She is also a quality accreditation assessor with the Australian Council on Healthcare standards.
